Initial Consultation
A free 30-minute consultation via phone or zoom will allow us to meet and discuss your family, what you wish to be supported with, your preferences and get a feel for if I can help you. There's no obligation to book at this stage.

Birth and Postnatal Planning Sessions
*£15 per hour
*£150 complete package (based on 8 hours of 121 sessions to suit you)
Planning for birth and the postnatal period could be the best thing you choose to do for yourself in this time. These sessions will equip you with the skills and knowledge to make the best choices for you in advance and on the day and are offered alongside my very own planning booklet to accompany you along your way. Booklets can be purchased individually also.

Ad Hoc Support
*£15 per hour antenatal
In these sessions, we can work through your choices for birth and postnatal planning, talk through any anxieties you may be having and work towards preparing for your baby's birthday and beyond, however you see fit.
*£18 per hour postnatal
Postnatal support can start whenever you feel you need it. It can be booked in advance of baby's birthday or can start any time in the first year. We can work out what suits you. This support can take whatever form you feel you need and is adaptable along the way.
Virtual Support
*£15 per hour
For those who require support from further afield, I am available to support you virtually, antenatally and postnatally, should you feel this is better suited to your family. Please get in touch to discuss this option.

Packages
Roots Package
*from £450
Includes in person antenatal preparation such as appointment debriefs, information sharing, birth and postnatal planning and practical preparations prior to baby's birthday.
Blossoms Package
*from £1500
A comprehensive postnatal support package starting with a birth debrief and frequent visits in the early days to take care of your space, support with feeding and taking care of you, allowing you to recover and get to know your new little one. Support gradually decreases as you find your feet with new parenthood but always with the option to adapt to your needs.
Canopy Package
*from £2500
The 'full works' support package, starting antenatally and seeing you through appointments, practical preparation, planning, feeding, debriefs and postnatal support.
*All packages start with initial meeting to ensure I am the person to support you.

Chronic Illness Support
*price to be discussed on request
If you live with a long term illness, please get in touch to discuss your individual needs. I offer ad hoc support for parent swho need a little extra TLC for the first 2 years postnatally due to long term health conditions.
