Each journey is unique and packages are designed to provide various levels of support for everyone. A discovery call can help you work out what will give you the support you need.

Complete Continuum Package - £1450
Feel fully held throughout your perinatal journey with:
- 3 in-depth antenatal sessions to explore the support you need
- complete with resources and connection to the wider community of support, tailored to you.
- You will have continuous support from me from booking until our journey together ends
- I will be on call for you from 10 days prior to EDD until the birth of your baby and be there for you on the day of birth.
- Rest assured that you will have 12 hours of in person postnatal support available to use.
- I will leave you then feeling heard, held and prepared to take the next steps.

Transformation Package - £1250
A gentle but powerful approach to your birth preparation includes:
- 2 antenatal sessions to empower you in your choices and build trust
- Resources and connection to your wider community of support, tailored to you
- Continuous support from booking until after your postnatal visit
- The on-call period from 10 days prior to your EDD until the birth of your baby
- Support during your labour and birth
- A postnatal visit to explore your birth experience, celebrate you and ensure you have the ongoing support you really need

Foundations Package - £1000
Meeting you where you are at the end of your pregnancy:
- an antenatal session to deep dive into your birth preferences
- resources and connection to your local community of support
- Continuous support starting from the start of your third trimester
- On call period starting from 10 days prior to your EDD until the birth of your baby.
- support on the day of your birth
- Feel heard and held as we explore your needs postnatally with one final visit, ready to take on your next steps.

Ad Hoc Birth Support from £28 per hour
Something a little different. Providing birth support at an hourly rate and ad hoc on call periods, this package is on offer only in conjunction with a Planning Session, detailed below. This is an affordable and flexible option for those who are exploring the possibility of wanting or needing doula support. There are no guarantees of attendance without the on call period but I will always make my absolute best effort to be there, you only pay for the time you get and never more than my standard birth fee.
Virtual fee £28 per hour, in person fee £36 per hour, ad hoc on call £40

Mindful Hypnobirthing Course - £240
You want to approach your birth differently. Shutting out the background noise, the traumatic stories, the drama in the media. You visualise power, peace and meeting this new version of you with calm excitement. 6 hours of in person learning, online course access and materials and a new sense of control awaits you with this trusted and evidence-based course. In the comfort of your own home and with your birth partner. More details here

Postnatal Only Support - 12 hours £260
If you're looking for a soft landing into postnatal life, having an extra pair of hands, a sounding board and a gentle, non-judgemental presence will be essential. Offering feeding support, a listening ear, domestic support, connection to your local community and years of experience supporting families through transitions, illness and mental health difficulties. There is strength in asking for help.

Planning Session £60
Go beyond the 'tick box' approach to planning and explore your preferences and transformation in depth. If people telling you to 'just go with the flow' doesn't sit comfortably for you, let's pick that apart and work with YOUR flow. Your choices. Your needs. Sessions can be virtual or in your home comforts. Just let me know where to meet you.
