Why Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing?
Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing focuses on the hypnosis element of hypnobirthing, bringing you to a place of self belief, emotional safety and confidence. By using self hypnosis, you are actively bringing about positive change to put yourself in control during your birth. Whilst hypnosis is relaxing, it is not simply relaxation. Building your tool kit by learning about birth physiology and having practicable techniques can help you and your birth partner to navigate your pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey with confidence.
Having used Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing techniques with both of my own births, I am passionate in bringing this method to the families I work with.
