Service Description
You're wanting truly individualised and continuous support to see you through your journey. You want the space to explore your birth options, informed decision-making and feel emotionally supported by someone who has taken time to understand yours and your family's needs. By supporting you to connect with your instincts and trust yourself, you can feel confident and calm as you approach your birth and navigate your fourth trimester. This package includes: - Three personalised antenatal sessions to explore your birth and postnatal choices, building confidence and reassurance - Ongoing emotional and practical support via phone and message - Full on-call support from 10 days prior to EDD until your baby's birth and continuous labour support - 12 hours of postnatal support, perfect for nourishment, rest and emotional support through your fourth trimester. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering The Willow Tree Doula. I understand that every family's journey is unique, and I aim to make the booking process as simple and supportive as possible. Doula Support Enquiries Doula support begins with a no-obligation enquiry and complimentary discovery call. This gives us an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your hopes for birth and postpartum, answer any questions you may have, and ensure we're the right fit for one another. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. Following our discovery call, if we decide to work together, you'll receive a private booking link to reserve your chosen package and pay the required deposit. Booking Appointments Birth planning sessions, hypnobirthing courses, postnatal support sessions and workshops can be booked directly through my online booking system. Doula services are offered following an enquiry call. Your booking will be confirmed once availability has been checked, and you'll receive a confirmation email. Hypnobirthing Courses The Complete Hypnobirthing Course includes six hours of teaching and can be delivered either: As one full-day session, or As two three-hour sessions. We'll agree the format together following your booking to suit your needs and availability. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed or where a payment plan is available. For doula packages, your booking is confirmed once your signed agreement and deposit have been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule an appointment, please give at least 48 hours' notice where possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. If I need to reschedule due to illness, a birth or unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative appointment. Workshops & Group Sessions Workshop and group bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Willow Tree Doula. Where possible, bookings may be transferred to a future workshop if sufficient notice is given. Communication Once you're a client, you'll receive access to my members' area, where you'll find resources, documents and additional support relevant to your chosen service.
